In December 2025, all the NAION lawsuits that had been filed previously in federal court were consolidated in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. This consolidated federal court NAION litigation, called MDL-3163 IN RE: Glucagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Products Liability Litigation, had 200 pending lawsuits as of August 2026.
